This course dives into the fundamentals of improvisation, focusing on tap’s connection to jazz music. We’ll be joined by Martin Blanchet of the Thunder Bay Symphony Orchestra and other local musicians. You’ll explore music theory, song structure of jazz standards, and get the chance to dance with live music. Recommended for Advanced Beginner dancers and up. It’s a fan favourite, so don’t wait—this one fills up fast!
